I heard that every schnapps has a lot of foreshot.Is this poisonous? Can I do anything to prevent it?

Foreshot is poisonous, that's right. If you prepare your mash very clean, this means only good fruits, no leaves and bad fruits,and if you use a yeast, there will be approximately no foreshot.
